Hire periods run on a weekly basis. Please provide the start date you will be using the equipment from, when adding this item to your basket.

Items are delivered the day before they are required to ensure they are in place for up and running.

The first week's hire charge is payable up front and thereafter you will be invoiced on a weekly basis, in advance.

Please ensure the equipment is stowed safety to prevent damage in transit.

A damage deposit is payable when you complete your order, which is refundable once the items are returned in the condition they were despatched in. Damage beyond "wear and tear" may incur additional costs.
Items are delivered the day before they are booked from so that they are ready for up and running on your shoot day.

Please return items within 24 hours of the end of the hire period. Delays in returns may incur additional costs.

If you have booked a package of facility vehicles from HNA Facilities then all delivery charges from Set Supplies are waived. Please select “collection” at checkout. The items will arrive on set with the vehicles.
